Tamborine Canungra on the scenic belt is known for its restaurants, wineries, cafes and B&B’s. Cedar Creek Estate has designed a menu for Jonno’s Tours guests with bread roll, choice of mains, dessert and coffee all included.

Milk Bun Sliders (2) with sweet potato chips
Pulled pork with house made slaw and/or Fried Chicken with a Sriracha aioli, cos lettuce, red cheddar and tomato

Texas Rubbed Brisket with hasselback potato, slaw, corn cob with housemade BBQ sauce (GF)

Braised Lamb Shank with creamy mash, broccolini and tomato ragout. 1 Shank or 2 Shanks

Cedar Creek Reuben – slow cooked pulled pork knuckle with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, smoked paprika aioli on Turkish served with chips 

Slow Roasted Duck Maryland served on gratin potato with green beans and an orange glaze (GF)

Char Grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Stack with sweet potato and Napoli sauce (GF) (Vegan)

Paring; I find it very difficult to go past the Lamb Shanks on a menu and I have found my favorite paring is a Shiraz. The definite flavor of lamb can be over shadowed by a Cab Sav so the softer Shiraz or a Merlot seem to compliment the dish.
